affiliates and their successors and assigns (collectively,
"American Blind and Wallpaper Factory" and "ABWF")
make this site (www.blindswallpaperandmore.ca) available
to you subject to these terms and conditions. By using
the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
of this Agreement without qualification or limitation.
If you do not agree to do so, do not use the site.
Purchases
In the event that you choose to purchase any products
from this site, certain additional terms and conditions

Prior to completing any purchase, you will be asked
to agree to comply with these terms and conditions and
the additional terms and conditions listed above, all
without qualification or limitation, and to demonstrate

PST, GST, or HST
For Canadian orders we collect PST, GST, or HST (as
applicable), applicable duty fees, as well as shipping
charges right when we process your order, so you don't
have to pay them when the package is delivered. Orders
under CD$ 20.00 are not subject to duty or tax. All
provinces must remit GST, the provinces of New Brunswick,
Newfoundland and Nova Scotia must remit HST, packages
destined for Ontario pay PST (unless exempt).
Customs Clearance
When you place an order with Canadian Blinds, Wallpaper
and More you authorize our designated Canadian customs
broker Russell A. Farrow Limited (canadaplus.com) to
act on your behalf as the Importer of Record with Customs
and the Canadian Revenue Agency to clear merchandise
and pay all duties and taxes as applicable. Amounts
received for duties and taxes are accepted on your behalf
for the customs broker to pay. We will assist to expedite
delivery through customs by collecting all duty, taxes
and customs clearance fees in advance at point of purchase.
Use Of the Site
This site, or any portion of this site, may not
be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise
exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly
permitted by American Blind and Wallpaper Factory. American Blind and Wallpaper Factory
reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts
and/or cancel orders in its discretion. The submission
of an order by you to American Blind and Wallpaper Factory
will be deemed to be an offer to purchase. This offer
to purchase shall remain open for a reasonable period
of time, unless American Blind and Wallpaper Factory agrees
otherwise. Your receipt of an order confirmation (electronic
or otherwise) does not constitute confirmation of American Blind and Wallpaper Factory's
offer to sell, nor does it signify American Blind and Wallpaper Factory's
acceptance of your order. Your order will be deemed
to be accepted by American Blind and Wallpaper Factory only
upon the shipment of the products ordered. American Blind and Wallpaper Factory
may cancel any order, in whole or in part, prior to
American Blind and Wallpaper Factory's acceptance of it.
If American Blind and Wallpaper Factory exercises this right,
you will not be charged for any items that are not provided.
Copyright
The contents of this site, including without limitation
all information, data, links, photographs, graphics,
interfaces, text, tools, software, code, product names,
company names, trademarks, logos, trade names or other
materials forming part of the site is "ABWF Content".
Except as expressly set out otherwise in these terms
and conditions, American Blind and Wallpaper Factory and
its suppliers retain all right, title and interest in
and to the ABWF Content. ABWF Content may be used by
any individual to make decisions about whether or not
to purchase products through the site. ABWF Content
may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted,
re-published, displayed, adapted, assigned, licensed,
sold, rented or exploited in any other way without the
express prior written consent of American Blind and
Wallpaper Factory. Without limiting the foregoing, (i)
the automated collection of any portion of the ABWF
Content from the site by crawling, scraping or any other
means without the prior express permission of American Blind and Wallpaper Factory
